General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all services and offers of the sales agent pursuant to Section 84 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) on this website. The sales agent brokers products and services on behalf of manufacturers and providers. It does not itself supply goods or perform services.

2. Contractual relationship

A contractual relationship regarding the products or services offered is established exclusively between the customer and the respective provider or manufacturer. The sales agent is not a contracting party but acts in the name and on behalf of third parties.

3. Offers and product information

All information, prices and descriptions presented on this website are non-binding and serve for initial information purposes only. Changes, errors and availability are subject to change without notice.

4. Brokering and advice

Brokering is carried out on the basis of the data provided by the customer. Liability for the accuracy and completeness of the customer's information is excluded. Advice is given to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee of any particular result or funding approval.

5. Data protection

The collection and processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection law. For details, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The sales agent is not liable for any breach of contract, performance disruption or damage arising in connection with the brokered contractual relationship. Liability for ordinary negligence is excluded, unless a breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) is involved.

The content of this website is protected by copyright. Reproduction or use in other electronic or printed publications is only permitted with express authorisation.

8. Final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. To the extent legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the sales agent. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
